What is TextCaseConverters.com?

TextCaseConverters.com is a free, fast, browser-based tool that lets you instantly convert text between 11 different case formats — including UPPERCASE, lowercase, Title Case, Sentence case, camelCase, PascalCase, snake_case, kebab-case, CONSTANT_CASE, aLtErNaTiNg CaSe, and Reverse Text.

Every conversion happens entirely in your browser using JavaScript. Your text is never sent to any server, never stored, and never logged. The tool works offline once the page has loaded.

Why We Built This

As developers, we constantly switch between naming conventions — camelCase in JavaScript, snake_case in Python, kebab-case in CSS, CONSTANT_CASE in .env files. Every time we moved between languages or frameworks, we were manually reformatting variable names and labels by hand.

We built TextCaseConverters.com to be the single tool that handles every case format, with no friction — no signup wall, no API key, no paste limit, no ads blocking the tool itself. Just paste, convert, and copy.

Who This Tool Is For

  • Software developers — rename variables between camelCase, snake_case, PascalCase, and kebab-case across languages and frameworks
  • Writers and bloggers — fix the capitalization of pasted text or format article headlines in proper Title Case
  • Students — apply the correct capitalization style for essays and headings per APA, Chicago, or MLA style guides
  • Data engineers — standardize database column names, CSV headers, and API field names into consistent snake_case
  • SEO and content teams — generate clean, Google-friendly kebab-case URL slugs
  • UI/UX designers — follow Material Design and Fluent Design conventions for label capitalization

Our Accuracy Standard

Each conversion is based on widely accepted industry standards:

  • camelCase and PascalCase — follow the Google JavaScript Style Guide and Oracle Java Code Conventions
  • snake_case — follows Python PEP 8 and PostgreSQL naming conventions
  • kebab-case — follows W3C HTML/CSS attribute naming and Google URL best practices
  • CONSTANT_CASE — follows POSIX environment variable standards and GNU Coding Standards
  • Title Case — applies universal Title Case (first letter of every word capitalized)
